It's a very nice facility that sits right on a hill in Auburn Hills, Michigan. You can see it afar off while driving in. Parking was always easy. The staff was always friendly. My son had the opportunity the sing the National Anthem at this particular game.

This venue was closed when the new Little Caesar's Arena was built in downtown Detroit. The Piston's and all concerts normally held at the Palace will now be played in the new arena. The traffic jams are crazy give yourself some time. The sound for a concert is ok however there was dried puke all over the seats that had been there from events. The acoustics in this place are awesome, and there really doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the house! My only issue with this spot is the enormous and overwhelming traffic jam in and out of this place at the beginning and end, as it seems that they still haven't yet added additional entrances to alleviate the congestion through the main entrance way.
